Estrella Navarro-Holm, is a multi-talented marine biologist, model, and national record-setting freediver hailing from La Paz, Baja California Sur, Mexico. Estrella established herself as a force to be reckoned with as the first Latin American woman to clinch a freediving medal for maintaining a single breath for over six minutes, Navarro’s prowess doesn’t stop there. With a total of 27 national free diving records for Mexico under her belt and during a recent training trip to Israel, we had the pleasure of training with Estrella. Fast forward to the recent Vertical Blue  competition and Estrella has set a new Mexican national record of 58m in CNF. A fantastic achievement in a difficult discipline showing that her training has paid off.
